Can I import my existing member list?
Yes — upload a CSV and every member receives a personal claim link by email. The API can also issue cards from your existing membership system.
What happens when a membership expires?
Update the member's status (manually, in bulk, or via API) and the card reflects it in the wallet — you can also void the pass entirely.
Can members have different tiers?
Yes — a tier field on the card shows Silver/Gold/anything you define, and campaigns can update tiers in bulk.
Is member data secure?
Passes are signed with per-organization credentials, data is encrypted at rest, and your member database is never shared or sold.
