Frequently asked questions
Can a ticket be scanned twice?
No — each pass has a unique barcode, and the scanner marks it admitted on first scan. A second scan flags immediately.
What if the event time or venue changes?
Edit the template and push. Every issued ticket updates in the wallet, and the pass can notify the holder of the change.
Do I need special scanning hardware?
No. The scanner is a web page that uses any phone's camera. Multiple staff can scan at once on their own devices.
Can I sell tickets online?
Yes — connect your Stripe account and share the purchase page. Buyers pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay and receive the ticket instantly.
